Return Policy
Overview
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase is required.
Certain items such as custom-made products, and personal care items may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
Self‑service return
Simply email us at contact@noorae.eu with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you may ship the package back to us at your own cost.
Return via our postage service
If you’d like us to arrange the return shipment, email us first to request approval. After you give us the go‑ahead, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. The actual cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund:
Netherlands: €8.
EU: €13.
Worldwide: €30, customs & duties excluded.
We don't currently ship to the United Kingdom.
Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within three business days. If approved, we will issue your refund, minus any return shipping fees, back to your original payment method within seven calendar days. Please allow a few extra days for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible at the moment.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were defective upon delivery. At Noorae, we carefully inspect every product before shipping. All items claimed as faulty will be examined upon receipt; items showing only normal wear and tear will not qualify. We cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper washing if our care instructions were not followed. If a replacement is in stock, we will gladly send it to you, just let us know when reporting the fault.
