We can’t wait for you to receive your Noorae order! Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
At Noorae, we aim to process orders within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your understanding!
Verify Your Information
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. Noorae is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses. Once an order is placed, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is shipped. Tracking information may take until the next business day to become active.
EU Shipping (DDP)
For orders within the European Union, all duties and taxes are included in the checkout price (Delivered Duty Paid).
Non-EU Shipping (DAP)
For orders outside the EU, shipments are delivered DAP (Delivered At Place). Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in your order total and may be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.
International Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Delays caused by customs inspections or local authorities are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If an item is missing or incorrect, please take photos of the item(s) and/or packaging and email them to us at contact@noorae.eu so we can review your case.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your order, check for a delivery note or confirm with neighbors, as this is part of standard carrier procedure.
Order Currency
All Noorae orders are processed in EUR. While your cart may display local currency, checkout will be in EUR using the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. International shipping is available to most countries, but delivery times and fees vary by location.
Netherlands: 3–5 business days, €5. Free shipping on orders over €75.
EU: 3–7 business days, €10. Free shipping on orders over €75.
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days. Orders from £135 and above qualify for shipping (customs & duties excluded).
Worldwide: 5–10 business days, €20 (customs & duties excluded).
Refunds and Returns
Shipping issues, customs fees, or import duties are not eligible for refunds. For product returns, please refer to our return policy.
